絲氨酸/蘇氨酸激酶AKT, 又名蛋白激酶B (Protein Kinase B, PKB)，是眾多生長(zhǎng)因子的具有酪氨酸激酶作用的受體（RTK）后的細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路中極為重要的激酶。其家族有三個(gè)異構(gòu)體：Akt1(PKBα)，Akt2(PKBβ)，Akt3(PKBγ)。
